About us
Our Mission
Arizona Collegiate DECA ensures students have the professional development skills, networking connections, and confidence to enter the workforce.
Shine Like the Diamond YOU Are
Our philosophy is to ensure all members, regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, or socio-economic status are treated equally and respectfully.
Network
Connections made in Arizona Collegiate DECA last a lifetime. From chapter meetings and socials to Conferences and Career Immersion Tours, Arizona Collegiate DECA provides countless opportunities to form friendships and professional relationships with members, alumni, advisors and even employers looking to hire motivated professionals.
Every year, our students compete in the Arizona Collegiate DECA Fall Leadership Conference (FLC) and Arizona Career Development Conference (ACDC) for the chance to attend the Collegiate DECA International Career Development Conference.

The International Career Development Conference allows our students to travel to new places and test their business knowledge against the best and brightest business students from all over the world.

Leadership
Our association is led entirely by volunteers who make up our state association, alumni board, and student officer team.
Arizona Collegiate DECA primes students for success beyond college with opportunities in student leadership. Our student leaders run events, chapters, and the state association with the help of staff and alumni providing guidance and experiences.
