Our annual conferences are a mix of competition, professional development workshops, and networking opportunities.  You'll have the chance to test your business knowledge against the best and brightest students from all over Arizona, all while making building lasting friendships and business relationships with your peers.

Given the uncertain length of the current pandemic, Arizona Collegiate DECA will monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely and make any updates regarding our educational conferences on their respective webpages.

Effective success means effective planning. LAUNCH is an interactive working conference that helps Arizona Collegiate DECA's student leaders develop and implement the tools to LAUNCH their chapters to success.

It's the highway to the International Career Development Conference! This conference includes workshops, networking, and competitive events which will determine who qualifies for the largest conference of the year.

Volunteers wanted!

Are you interested in helping students prepare for careers within your profession? We need volunteers to participate in conferences as judges, deliver interactive workshops, and host booths at our events.
