Through hard work, determination, and unparalleled commitment to DECA, these chapters and students have gone to the Next Level to promote the vision and mission of Collegiate DECA.

Arizona Collegiate DECA Administrator of the Year: Dominic Padula

Dominic Padula has exemplified Arizona Collegiate DECA's values and mission in, service, helping raise funds through sponsorship programs, and elevating the Collegiate DECA Experience. Dominic's work as an alumnus has positively and directly benefited the Association, and for that, Dominic is being awarded Arizona Administrator of the Year.

"I had the pleasure of working with our three sponsors this past academic year. Fellow alumni Caleb Nochumson and I worked together to find a way to integrate companies into our conferences and work directly with current Arizona Collegiate DECA students. From there we reached out to potential companies and talked about the amazing students we have and why we are a great organization to partner with. Sponsors were able to present a workshop at the 2022 Arizona Career Development Conference (ACDC) and share some of their professional experiences with students. We are excited about the turnout for this year and can't wait for next year!" - Dominic Padula

"Dominic Padula has been an integral part of Arizona Collegiate DECA starting with creating the University Arizona chapter almost 10 years ago. Today the UA chapter is one of the stronger Arizona Collegiate Chapters, thanks in part, to Dominic’s leadership and continued involvement as an alumnus. This past year Dominic helped Arizona Colligate DECA secure sponsorships for the Arizona Career Development Conference.  The sponsorship dollars will help as we continue to grow the Arizona Collegiate DECA Association. Thank you Dom for continuing to support Arizona Collegiate DECA!”

-  Dr. Kelly Damron, co-advisor, Arizona Collegiate DECA
